What will you do?

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service at the bag check area.
• Process payments from guests for bag check services.
• Inspect and securely store checked bags in designated areas.
• Ensure compliance with arena security policies regarding bag restrictions.
• Issue claim tickets and assist guests with retrieving their belongings after the event.
• Maintain a clean and organized bag check office.
• Collaborate with security personnel to address any concerns or prohibited items.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide general event information.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with large crowds.
• Log and distribute lost and found items.

More about you

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50lbs
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
• Previous experience in hospitality, security, or event services is a plus
• Must be available to work an event-based schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The average shift will be between 4 and 8 hours, depending on the event and needs

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds
• Ability to stand 100% of the time
• Exposure to high-volume noise
