What will you do?

• Assist with data entry and processing of menu orders and post‑event information 
• Compile game day notes and reports 
• Work directly with luxury suite members and catering contacts to establish game day service levels 
• Coordinate the setup of luxury suites and pantries for game day service 
• Serve as a game day supervisor 
• Assist with catered events and support training of game day team members 

More about you

• No degree required
• Food and beverage service experience is required
• Supervisory and guest relations experience is preferred
• Familiar with computer software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic math skills 

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift to 40 pounds 
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift
