What will you do?

• Responsible for daily clean-up process of the facility
• Participate in cleaning the selling lot, parking lot, restrooms as directed
• Assist with day-to-day maintenance projects as directed
• Work with maintenance on weekly projects and specific assignments including landscaping

More about you

• Must be at least 17 years old
•  Excellent customer service
• One year of experience in facility maintenance
• Plumbing experience
• Flexibility with scheduling
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Dependable Transportation
• Experience with cleaning and disinfectant chemicals
• Fluent in English and Spanish 
• No high school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to safely operate gas/electric carts

Physical requirements

• Requires bending, stooping, and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, squatting, kneeling, pushing and pulling
• Standing and walking 100% of the time
• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather including extreme heat
