Delaware North Gaming is searching for a part-time Player Services Representative to join our team at Orange City Poker Room in Orange City, Florida. As a Player Services Representative, you will be responsible for checking guests in and out and assisting with all player rewards transactions.

What will you do?
- Operate and balance the cash drawer with accuracy
- Set up, program, and troubleshoot televisions in assigned areas
- Print daily racing programs for guest use
- Create and issue player cards while providing excellent customer service
- Update player rewards information, perform credit and cash transactions, and issue player cards
More about you
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk or customer service
- Strong cash handling skills
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand 100% of the time
