Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Human Resources Manager to join our team at Kennedy Space Center in Merritt Island, Florida. Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,300 – $92,200 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Conduct recruitment for exempt, nonexempt, and temporary roles; extend job offers, manage counseling and terminations, and support onboarding
- Serves as a key resource for leadership and union representatives on all labor matters, including contract negotiations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary processes, while upholding company standards and legal compliance
- Assist with union contract negotiations, investigate grievances, and ensure consistent application of collective bargaining agreements
- Monitor legal compliance across HR functions, assess training needs, and oversee programs that support performance management and workplace dynamics
- Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources function by planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and policies that support a positive workplace culture.
- Report HR metrics to management, re-evaluate policies annually for cost-effectiveness, and address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions
More about you
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or related field preferred; equivalent experience may substitute
- Strong expertise in collective bargaining agreement (CBA) interpretation, administration, and compliance, ensuring consistent application of contract provisions and fostering effective labor-management relationships required
- PHR or SPHR, Human Resource Certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources
- Knowledge of Workday, UKG, ICIMS, and Microsoft Suite including Excel
