The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Store Manager to join our team for the Grand Canyon Starbucks store in Tusayan, Arizona. As a Store Manager, you will contribute to the efficiency and successful management of day-to-day retail operations.
This role is a full-time, year-round salaried position.

Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56,900 – $76,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
- Adhere to company directives on physical inventory and reporting
- Monitor the in-stock position of approved merchandise programs and inventory control at the store level
- Hire, train, and develop food and beverage/retail team members
- Coordinate with Starbucks on operational needs and compliance with Starbucks policies
- Ensure excellence in food safety and comply with all Delaware North and local food safety guidelines
More about you
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- Minimum of 1 year of retail operations management experience preferred
- Ability to train and develop a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- No degree required
Physical requirements
- Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
- Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and walking
