What will you do?
- Complete assigned maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion, thoroughness, and cost effectiveness
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs including water softener upkeep, basic carpentry, painting, and second-level trade functions such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, boiler, and kitchen equipment
- Handle multiple work orders independently, perform trade call-outs as needed, and report issues requiring specialized attention
- Adhere to safety, risk management, and environmental procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipment
- Assist with landscaping duties and maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and inventory
- Requires a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle.
More about you
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience required
- Previous experience with fire and boiler heat systems preferred
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record with ability to drive during inclement weather.

- Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, standing, walking, and kneeling
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
