What will you do?
- Check in non-profit volunteers, vendors, temp workers, and visitors
- Hand out badges to new staff members
- Wrist band visitors and temporary workers
- Perform administrative duties to ensure organization on event day check-in
- Use staffing sheets to verify identity of workers and check them off a list upon arrival
- Direct new staff members on where to check-in with their manager
- Other duties as assigned
More about you
- Experience as an office administrator or similar role preferred
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills required
- Ability to work majority of Rangers games, concerts, and major ballpark events
- No high school diploma or GED required
