What will you do?
- Monitor assigned floor areas to ensure gaming machines are functioning and players are following rules
- Process jackpot payouts in accordance with Delaware North and state gaming procedures
- Assist guests by answering their questions about games or general enquiries
- Perform minor repairs, make adjustments to slot machines, and resolve problems such as voucher jams or machine tilts
- Partner with your supervisor or technician if malfunctions require major repairs
More about you
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a New York State gaming license
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and accurately handle large sums of money
- Basic gaming machine knowledge preferred
Physical requirements
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to regularly lift up to 30 lbs
