Delaware North Gaming is hiring an Engagement and Development Manager to join our team. This position will travel between Hamburg Gaming and our Finger Lakes Gaming property, may be officed out of either location. A company vehicle will be provided for travel. As an Engagement and Development Manager, you will be responsible for implementing new hire orientation and training for compliance and property onboarding. Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 – $66,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Restructure and deliver new hire orientation to include compliance, property onboarding, and the Delaware North GuestPath Continuous Improvement Program
- Coach managers and team members on service standards, identify training gaps, and implement solutions to improve guest scores and service recovery
- Partner with department leads to develop onboarding plans and conduct follow-up to ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Monitor and train on GuestPath Program, analyze survey results, and implement action plans to elevate service performance
- Design and manage rewards, recognition, and communication programs to inspire team engagement and reinforce GuestPath standards
- Travel between two local properties, using a company vehicle
More about you
- Degree in training, education, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of in-person training working with large, diverse groups
- Creative and innovative, must be able to motivate, develop, and direct people as they work
- Knowledge of principals and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects
- Ability to use analytics to recognize gaps in training and areas to emphasize
- Must possess a vaild driver’s license
