Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $61,200 – $82,600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of retail team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Provide day-to-day leadership, support, and clear direction to retail supervisors, ensuring consistent execution of company policies, operational standards, and guest service expectations across all locations
- Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including those related to alcohol service, food safety and sanitation, payroll practices, and employment laws, proactively addressing any gaps or risks
- Execute and uphold company directives related to physical inventory processes, including cycle counts, audits, and reporting, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely reconciliation
- Oversee inventory management at the store level, monitoring stock levels, product flow, and replenishment of approved merchandise programs to minimize shrink, avoid stockouts, and support revenue goals
More about you
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Prior experience in retail operations preferred, including exposure to merchandising, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems
- Proven ability to train, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to utilize systems for reporting, communication, and operational tracking
- No degree required; equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience will be considered
