As a Compliance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of operation are compliant with state, federal, and local alcohol laws, along with company and location-specific alcohol procedures.

What will you do?
- Supervise team members serving alcohol and ensure compliance with the alcohol service policy
- Observe and document any alcohol-related issues
- Answer questions and make recommendations regarding alcohol service
- Ensure all team members serving alcohol have signed an acknowledgment of the alcohol policy and have a valid serving permit prior to the beginning of work
- Assist with alcohol cut-off
More about you
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid, unexpired alcohol pourer’s permit required prior to being hired
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide feedback and coaching to team members with varied experience levels
Physical requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and downstairs and lifting as the work duties demand
- May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season
