The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will assist management in carrying out the daily operations of the commissary and warehouse department.

What will you do?
- Supervise the commissary team, including assigning duties, training, coaching, and counseling
- Ensure proper stock of food and beverage products
- Oversee inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, and cycle counting
- Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas
- Oversee the proper closing of the assigned area
- Enforce company policies and safety regulations
- Initiate and organize procedures to set standards for the warehouse
More about you
- Minimum 6 months of food and beverage commissary or related experience required
- Previous experience with Excel or similar database management computer systems is required
- Ability to delegate and coach others
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and interpret deliveries and purchases
- No college degree required
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 165 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching, during the entire length of the shift
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures may range from cold to hot, depending on the season
