What will you do?
- Greet guests, answer questions, and assist whenever possible
- Process sale with point of sale system and bag merchandise
- Advise, upsell, and influence the purchase of additional products to maximize sales
- Maintain records related to sales
- Routinely stock merchandise and maintain back-stock
- Must learn and understand the different types of product to help fans with question
More about you
Must be able to work all Nashville Predators home games
Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must have reliable transportation to and from work for all games
Previous experience in retail or customer service environment preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to accurately handle money and count change
High school diploma or GED required
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for entire length of shift
- Ability to climb stairs and step stool frequently
- Visual acuity sufficient to distinguish merchandise and operate point-of-sale system
