What will you do?
- Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority
- Assist in organizing order tickets and proper placement of food on trays
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure established recipes are adhered to and standards are being met on a consistent basis
- Inspect dishes after delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature after sending them out to guests
- Assist in delivering orders/running food to maintain prompt service to guests
- Maintain the highest level of service standards at all times and provide the best-in-class dining experience possible
- Address food/beverage or service related guest issues and utilize creativity and resources available to maintain optimum satisfaction
- Inspect the premises according to quality and sanitation standards and assist in overall cleanliness
- Transfer important information between the kitchen and the wait staff
- Eliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines or dishwashing
- Support bussers/servers in their tasks as assigned
More about you
- Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
- Strong knowledge of food and wine
- Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss
- Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- No college degree required

- Standing and walking for entire length of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
