Delaware North Travel is searching for a Commissary Manager to join our team at Boise Airport in Boise, Idaho. On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46,100 – $62,200 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Train and develop commissary associates in line with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate and supervise activities of commissary associates
- Purchase, receive and distribute commissary items, verify receiving slips and invoices
- Produce monthly commissary inventory and various operational reports
- Monitor product quality and follow departmental guidelines when controlling cost and waste
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation
More about you
- Minimum 3 years of previous supervisory experience, preferably in a commissary environment
- No college degree required
- Previous experience with inventory distribution
- Working knowledge of food production techniques, purchasing, and sanitation procedures
- Strong computer skills with Windows platform, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical requirements
- Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time
