- The Social Services Director shall perform all duties related to all programs within the Delaware Nation Social Services Department. The Social Services Director will implement the grant and program guidelines for each Social Services Program. The Director will supervise and monitor the Social Services staff to ensure all goals and objectives are being met within each program of the Social Services Department.
