What are the responsibilities and job description for the DON Applications and Database Management System (DADMS) Analyst position at Delaware Nation Industries?
Delaware Nation Industries is supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity (NSWCDD DNA). We will be providing enterprise management and technical support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity (NSWC DD DNA) RDT&E enclave by providing assistance in policy, procedures, seat refresh, engineering/technical solutions and the Naval Networking Environment (NNE) strategy.
Job Summary: The DADMS Analyst will assist in updating, tracking and reporting for the accreditation packages and their associated software applications used by the organization. The DADMS Analyst will assist in the development of information system documentation and the provision of a designated set of common controls for the software packages, including the executive summary, software plan, documentation, reporting, and any relevant plans of action and milestone while ensuring DADMS compliance. This system certification documentation must comply with DoD and Civilian Agency policies.
This position will also provide cyber security analytics and reporting through use of the Cicso Secure Network Analytics tool. They will work to establish reporting, cyber related analysis and enclave monitoring to ensure RMF and enclave activities are secure.
Responsibilities:
- Submit new add requests for software used in the RDT&E systems
- Coordiante with stakeholders on software that requires extensions/removals due to expires LDA.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on ITPR submissions for new software.
- Maintain listing of all software and send weekly reports for upcoming LDAs to stakeholders
- Verify software on package HW/SW list is current (Weekly Task)
- Manage software portfolio using excel spreadsheets or other applicable applications as needed
- Work with teams on A&A package workflows to ensure no out of date software exists at time of submissions.
- Familiar with RMF process is preferred.
- Create, evaluate and report utilizing the Cisco SNA application
- DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
- 5 Years of Experience in Cyber Security
- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
- DADMS application
- Familiarity with NIST IT Security Special Publication (SP) 800 Series
- Cyber Security Workforce level IAM II/III
- Experienced STIG reviewer
- Microsoft Excel and SharePoint experience preferred
Desired:
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Familiarity with ACAS, RedSeal, and Carbon Black
- Familiarity with the Continuous Monitoring and Risk Scoring (CMRS) cycles
- Familiarity with Cisco SNA application
- Ability to create and support a Test and Development enclave with ever changing software requirements
