What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Criminal and Injury Attorney position at Delaware Legal?
Seeking an associate attorney that is Delaware barred to handle criminal defense matters and plaintiff's personal injury matters and deliver top tier results for clients. Candidate must have a minimum of 1-5 years experience with the Attorney General's Office, Public Defender's office and/or civil litigation experience.
Duties of the associate attorney will include:
- attending case reviews in the Court of Common Pleas and Superior Court
- negotiating plea bargains
- attending DMV administrative hearings
- drafting criminal motions and appeals
- personal injury intake
- drafting complaint's, interrogatories and correspondence in personal injury matters
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
