Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal production performance. Your technical expertise will help uphold our commitment to quality, safety, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Duties

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment using schematics, electrical blueprints, and technical manuals
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems utilizing precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters
• Diagnose issues with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems, and low voltage components to minimize downtime
• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain machines and the plant facilities equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment and performs scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Repairs machine to the dimensionally and geometric standards which includes leveling and squaring to provide a quality part.
• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, CNC Controls, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of machines and cranes.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprint drawings and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Research and order parts that are needed for repairs.
• Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment, using electrical and electronic test equipment and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance.
• Uses a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Listens for unusual sounds and operation from machines or equipment to detect malfunction, and discusses machine operation variations with Supervisor and other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures.
• Operate equipment such as scissor lifts for access during maintenance tasks while adhering to safety protocols
• Maintain accurate maintenance records
• Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting complex equipment failures and implementing improvements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing facility environment
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical diagnostics skills and experience reading schematics and electrical blueprints
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic systems, pneumatic troubleshooting, and equipment repair
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC/R systems, and industrial electrician practices
• Ability to operate scissor lifts, forklifts, and other industrial equipment safely
• Excellent analysis skills with a focus on troubleshooting electrical systems and performing precision measurements
• Effective communication skills in English; customer service orientation is a plus

Pay: $25.60 - $40.00 per hour
