Salary Scale: Administrative ADS 2A or 2E depending on education level
Salary Range: $118,424.80 to $133,330.60 depending on education and experience
Bargaining Unit: Exempt
260 Day Work Calendar (Work calendar will be pro-rated for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year.)
25 days paid vacation annual accrual
13 paid holidays
15 days paid sick leave
3 days paid personal leave
Transition days may be available
Qualifications:
* Ohio Superintendent, Administrative, or Alternative Administrative Specialist license
* Ability to communicate ideas and directives clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
* Good health, physical stamina, fitness and vitality
* Minimum 5 years administrative or human resources experience
