Job Summary:
The Potty Training Teacher for our 2½-year-old classroom plays a key role in guiding children through one of their most important developmental milestones. This position focuses on creating a supportive, consistent, and developmentally appropriate environment where children can build independence and confidence as they learn potty-training skills. Throughout the day, the teacher leads regular potty routines, responds to accidents with patience and care, and reinforces positive habits while maintaining a clean, organized classroom. In addition to toileting support, the teacher engages children in age-appropriate learning activities, supervises play, and upholds a structured schedule that promotes overall growth and success.
Success in this role requires patience, consistency, and a calm, encouraging demeanor. Strong communication skills are essential, as the teacher partners closely with families to ensure alignment between home and school, providing regular updates, sharing strategies, and encouraging consistency. While potty training can be unpredictable and occasionally challenging, it is also incredibly rewarding. Experience

Pay: $15.75 - $17.00 per hour
