*Job Summary*

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled person to join our culinary team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and strong communication skills/work ethic. In our kitchen, you will play a vital role in meal preparation and food handling, ensuring that all dishes meet our standards of quality and safety. See below for a full list of duties.

Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Currently seeking full-time employees only.

Our business closes at 6:00 PM, so late-night shifts are not available.

Employment is dependent upon passing a background check and drug test.

*Duties*

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
• Utilize kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other cooking tools.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout the shift.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs for restocking.

*Skills*

• Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a similar cooking or preparation role.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and dietary requirements.
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with various kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• A commitment to food safety standards and practices for meal preparation.

Job Type: Full-time
