Hiring All-Level Automotive Service Technicians
AutoTeam Delaware is hiring Automotive Service Technicians at all experience levels, from entry-level and apprentice technicians to A-Level and Master Technicians. Candidates can complete our on-demand virtual interview 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at their convenience.

Entry-Level Apprentice C-Level B-Level A-Level Master Technician
Delaware Cadillac | Delaware Subaru | Kia of Wilmington
- Entry-Level / Apprentice Technicians
- Current or recent Technical School attendees encouraged to apply
- Willingness to learn new technology and repair procedures
- Experienced Technicians (C, B, A & Master Levels)
- Previous Service Technician experience required
- ASE Certification preferred
- Experience in diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair
- Broad knowledge of engine, mechanical, and electric technologies
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must pass drug screening
Compensation & Growth
- Pay Range: $35,000 – $100,000 per year (based on experience & certifications)
