What You’ll Do:
Perform expert-level diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
Conduct thorough inspections and recommend necessary services and repairs
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Ensure all work is completed accurately, safely, and on time
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Uphold our shop’s reputation for excellence, honesty, and integrity
Participate in quality control for other technicians' work
Stay current on the latest automotive technology and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
2 years of professional experience as an Automotive Repair Technician
Strong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
Valid U.S. driver’s license and insurability under shop policy
ASE certifications preferred (but not required)
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair software
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks related to vehicle service
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
A team player with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
