General Overview/Duties
- Monitors the educational component and all other programming done in the center.
- Conducts intake assessments on prospective students.
- Develops and maintains relationships with community partners.
- Conducts onboarding meetings for new staff and completes evaluations
- Conducts at least one fundraiser on an annual basis.
- Directs the day-to-day operations within the center.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Master's degree in education or a related field (like Human Resources or Psychology) preferred
- Three to five years of experience in a school setting required
- Strong leadership skills
- Clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about working with adolescents and in social services
