Lake Lawn Resort is seeking a polished, highly organized Executive Assistant to support the General Manager, COO, and Executive Office. This role manages high-level administrative operations, ensures regulatory compliance, supports guest and owner services, coordinates executive communications, and helps maintain smooth leadership functions across the resort. The ideal candidate is professional, discreet, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence preparation.
- Handle confidential communications, prioritize inquiries, and maintain organized executive files and documents.
- Oversee permits, licenses, renewals, and regulatory compliance requirements for resort operations.
- Support guest, member, and owner needs, including processing gift certificates, membership items, and HOA/Harbor Club communications.
- Assist with financial administration, including purchase orders, expense tracking, and monthly credit card reviews.
- Manage select operational functions such as housing records, marina documentation, incident reports, and insurance claim processing.
- Coordinate special projects, leadership schedules, and Executive Office needs as assigned.
- 3–5 years of executive-level support experience, preferably in hospitality or resort operations.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with property management or business systems preferred.
- Able to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
