KEY RESULT AREA
- Lead a team of Warehouse Associates to ensure the teams responsibilities are carried on a daily basis.
- Lead with empathy, compassion while following company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Complete diary logs into inventory
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and warehouse associates
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with Geneva Supply’s safety policies and procedures
- The ability to effectively write reports in order to update the Warehouse Managers on the tracking of all orders and projection for future orders
- Effectively problem solve issues that arise so that the warehouse associates can continue to be productive, ensuring orders are shipped on time
- Must be a team player and have the ability to motivate others in a positive way.
- Any other duties as assigned by the warehouse leaders.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- High school or equivalent
- 2 years Warehouse experience (required) Lead experience (preferred)
- Forklift experience (preferred)
