Your Roadmap Of Responsibilities
- Sales Goals: Deliver a variety of RVs and motorhomes each month while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Prepare and process all sales paperwork in line with campground policies.
- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, help them find their perfect RV, and explain product features and benefits.
- Customer Loyalty: Build relationships with satisfied customers to encourage repeat business and attract new clients through referrals.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest gear and services in the RV industry to enhance your expertise.
- Test Drive Scouting: Conduct engaging test drive experiences for prospects while adhering to all protocols for a seamless adventure.
- Ethical Exploration: Approach all interactions with integrity, fostering trust and rapport with customers and team members.
- Training Sessions: Participate in product and sales training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: A high school diploma or GED is preferred; previous camping experience is a bonus but not essential.

- Basic Math Skills: Have fundamental math skills for managing transactions and calculations in a friendly, campfire setting.
- Valid Driver’s license
