Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service to create a positive salon atmosphere
- Schedule appointments efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems and manage walk-in traffic
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about services, promotions, and scheduling
- Assist with product demos and upselling of nail care products and salon services to enhance client satisfaction and sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including merchandising and stocking supplies
- Support the salon team by coordinating appointments, managing client records, and ensuring seamless communication between staff and clients
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clients in bilingual settings if applicable
- Proven experience in supervising or leading a team, with the ability to oversee daily operations effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems, retail sales, merchandising, and stock management
