Position Overview
We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Build relationships and guide customers through the vehicle purchase process.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our Chevrolet and GMC product lineup, including features, pricing, and performance.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and text.
- Work with the finance and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay current with promotions, incentives, and dealership policies.
Qualifications
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required — we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
