Store Manager in Training
Delaney Tire and Auto is seeking a seasoned manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to oversee our shop operations. This role is responsible for the total health of the store—managing financial performance (P&L), ensuring top-tier safety, and driving customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, schedule, and mentor the service team.
- Consult with customers on inspections, recommendations, and pricing.
- Oversee all sales, accounting, and inventory functions.
- Ensure facility cleanliness and environmental compliance.
Qualifications:
- Min. 2 years of store management experience.
- General automotive knowledge and strong computer/POS skills.
- Proven ability to lead, hire, and train a productive team.
- College degree or relevant coursework is a plus
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
