The Role
We are looking for a Server who thrives in a "controlled-chaos" environment. In a diner, the pace is dictated by the ticket machine. You’ll be the face of our morning rush, ensuring every guest gets their eggs exactly how they like them and their coffee mug never hits the bottom.
Key Responsibilities
- The Hustle: Greet guests, take accurate orders, and deliver food at "diner speed" without sacrificing quality.
- The Vibe: Build rapport with our regulars and provide friendly, authentic service to newcomers.
- The Accuracy: Use our Genuis POS to enter orders correctly, especially those tricky "custom" omelet requests.
- The Teamwork: Pre-bus tables, refill condiments, and help your teammates during the peak "pancake rush."
- The Details: Keep your station clean, maintain the coffee stations, and ensure the dining room remains inviting.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant (breakfast experience is a massive plus).
- Stamina: You’re on your feet and moving fast for the duration of your shift.
- Punctuality: Our breakfast crowd is early; you need to be, too.
