Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across client environments.
- Lead IT projects from planning through execution.
- Provide both in-office and on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
- Support client environments involving point of sale, AV, networking, and access control systems.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced MSP setting with demanding client needs.
- A few years of hands-on IT support experience beyond help desk support.
- Experience working in a managed services provider (MSP) environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for real-world network problems.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including Entra ID identity management.
- Experience working on-site in client environments.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Comfort driving in and out of New York City and operating a company vehicle.
- Availability for after-hours support obligations, holiday support, and occasional weekend on-site support during unusual major client situations.
- Familiarity with point of sale systems.
- Familiarity with AV systems.
- Familiarity with access control systems.
