Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Porter Detailer to join our automotive team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of vehicles, ensuring each one meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Efficient operation of our auto detailing facility. Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle exterior washing, including hand washing, pressure washing, and drying to achieve a spotless finish
• Apply vehicle interior detailing techniques such as vacuuming, upholstery cleaning
• Operate standard passenger cars safely, including manual transmission vehicles, following safe work practices at all times
• Use cleaning equipment effectively to maintain vehicle cleanliness and uphold the appearance standards of the auto detailing facility
• Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to equipment setup or moving vehicles within the facility while adhering to safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized auto detailing area, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored and equipment is functioning correctly

Skills

• Proficiency in standard passenger car operation with a focus on safety and control
• Knowledge of safe work practices, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Experience with vehicle paint correction, buffing, and automotive detailing techniques
• Ability to perform vehicle exterior washing, interior cleaning and overall vehicle beautification
• Familiarity with auto detailing facility operations and janitorial or custodial experience preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate various cleaning tools such as buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
