Compensation And Benefits
- $36,000 annual base salary (paid bi-weekly)
- Monthly performance bonuses based on units sold
- Volume-based accelerator bonus (32 units)
- Salesperson of the Month awards ($1,000-$1,500)
- Profit-based “Golden Eagle” bonuses
- Annual longevity bonus ($25 per vehicle sold)
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
- Provide a professional, customer-focused sales experience
- Complete all sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers
- Participate in required meetings, training, and OEM certification programs
- Maintain a consistent sales average of at least 10 vehicles per month
- Meet or exceed OEM Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) standards
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to complete required training programs
- Valid driver’s license
