Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader Assistant located in DeLand, FL. The Team Leader Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Chief Operations Officer in daily operations, managing schedules, assisting with team activities, and aiding in patient care when needed. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining office documentation, handling correspondences, and ensuring smooth office operations to enhance patient care and staff efficiency. This will be a flexible role that will receive on-site training to cover multiple positions when needed.

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to have a flexible schedule
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in office management software and systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Prior experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting is advantageous
- Adept at handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- 2 year Associate degree or 4 year Bachelors degree; further education or certifications are a plus
