As an Entry Level Management Assistant, you’ll gain firsthand experience in what it takes to lead a team in a fast-paced sales environment. You’ll assist with team operations, customer outreach, and campaign coordination while learning to oversee client accounts, daily sales goals, and service quality standards. This position offers mentorship, advancement, and the chance to make a real impact from day one.
Responsibilities of an Entry Level Management Assistant:
- Support management with daily operations, scheduling, and sales team development
- Communicate with customers about fiber internet, wireless, and home service options
- Assist in training new team members and tracking sales performance metrics
- Learn the foundations of sales strategy, leadership, and account management
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and sales efficiency
