Swing Shift CDL-A Truck Driver – Company Fleet
Location: Delaco Kasle Processing Indiana – Jeffersonville, IN
Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift | Monday–Saturday
About Us
Delaco Kasle Processing Indiana (DKPI) is a steel and aluminum processing facility serving the automotive industry.
We operate our own private fleet to ensure the safe and timely delivery of steel coils, aluminum coils, blanks, and scrap to and from our facility.
We're currently seeking a dependable and experienced CDL-A Truck Driver to join our night shift driving team.
This is a company driver position. No leasing or owner-operator responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company-owned Class A tractor-trailer
- Transport steel and aluminum products including coils, blanks, and scrap
- Properly secure all loads in accordance with DOT and company requirements
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety
- Follow established routes and ensure timely deliveries to local customers
- Maintain cleanliness of tractor and trailer and report any maintenance needs
- Communicate with Shipping Supervisor regarding schedules and updates
- Accurately verify manifest and shipment details
- Comply with all safety policies and PPE requirements at DKPI and customer sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with metal coil endorsement (required)
- Minimum 2 years of tractor-trailer experience, including load securement
- Comfortable driving and maneuvering
- Clean driving record
- High level of focus, dependability, and safety awareness
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must pass a DOT drug screen and meet FMCSA testing requirements
Schedule
- Friday & Saturday Starting at 5:30am
- Sunday & Monday Starting at 5:30pm
Work Environment
- Local routes only
- Operate primarily within the southern Indiana and Louisville metro area
- Work in and around steel/aluminum manufacturing environments
- PPE and safety protocols must be followed at all times

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- CDL training program completion (required)
- Valid CDL-A license with coil endorsement (required)
- 2 years of CDL driving and load securement experience (preferred but not required)
