Role Description

The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential rental properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and maximizing property performance. Responsibilities include tenant communication, property inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing leases, and addressing tenant inquiries. The role also entails supervising property upkeep, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records of expenses and income. This position is full-time and can be performed as a hybrid work model (Tuesday & Wednesday in office).

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in property management systems and general administrative tools
• Experience in lease management, property maintenance coordination, and tenant relations
• Knowledge of local rental laws, regulations, and fair housing practices
• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Prior experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role is an advantage
• Active PA Real Estate License
