Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities by reaching out to potential clients through telemarketing, networking, and community events to generate new insurance leads.
- Present insurance products clearly and confidently, explaining coverage options, benefits, and costs to clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums to meet client needs while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, policy processing, and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering ongoing support to policyholders.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and attract new clients through targeted campaigns.

Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of insurance sales processes, benefits administration, and sales analysis techniques.
- Ability to effectively manage sales administration tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
