This position offers a base salary plus commission and the opportunity to grow within the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Quote and sell auto insurance policies to new and existing customers
- Assist both English and Spanish speaking clients with coverage options
- Follow up with leads and customer inquiries
- Process policy changes, renewals, and payments
- Provide clear explanations of insurance coverages and policy details
- Maintain accurate client information in the agency management system
- Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients
- Meet monthly sales goals and support agency growth
Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish and English required
- Florida insurance license preferred (2-20 or 4-40)
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Organized, reliable, and professional attitude
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn agency systems quickly
Pay: From $2,500.00 per month
