We're looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our research team. You'll play an important role in supporting clinical studies by collecting blood samples, processing specimens, and ensuring participants receive a positive experience during their study visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens according to study protocols
- Process, label, and prepare specimens for shipment
- Maintain accurate documentation and specimen logs
- Support study visits and assist clinical staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and laboratory procedures
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current Phlebotomy Certification preferred
- 6 months of phlebotomy experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
