Direct Support Professional DSP

Use of own personal, insured vehicle is required. Mileage reimbursement is available. Seeking a patient, creative individual who is eager to learn and train to become leaders. High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities and/or MH required. Associate's degree in related field required. Ability to write daily progress notes in accordance with the individualized service plan (ISP). Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Must have own reliable, insured vehicle. Must pass state and federal background check. This position requires a high level of autonomy and comfortability building relationships with the person supported, their families, and external supporters.
