Position Summary:
The HVAC Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining and installing heating and cooling systems while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Install HVAC equipment and components (as needed)
- Clearly explain issues and solutions to customers
- Complete all service paperwork accurately and on-site
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
- Follow all company procedures and safety standards
Qualifications:
- HVAC experience preferred (service and/or installation)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred (But Not Required):
- EPA Certification
- Experience with both residential HVAC and appliance repair
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
