- Define brand messaging and differentiation strategies to engage target audiences across multiple distribution channels.
- Multi-Channel Marketing:
- Oversee and synchronize marketing efforts across diverse channels including retail, club, food service, and specialty stores like Whole Foods and Sprouts.
- Collaborate seamlessly with channel-specific teams to tailor marketing campaigns that optimize effectiveness within each distribution channel.
- Digital and E-commerce Leadership:
- Lead the charge in enhancing Del Real Foods' online visibility and consumer engagement through robust digital marketing strategies.
- Leverage data analytics to refine digital campaigns, boosting e-commerce sales and establishing a strong online brand presence.
- Retail Partnerships and Presence:
- Foster and fortify relationships with key retail partners, including Whole Foods, Sprouts, and other significant accounts, to maximize shelf presence and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Product Launches and Innovation:
- Drive the successful introduction of new products, overseeing the entire product life cycle from ideation to market.
- Collaborate closely with R&D to identify and capitalize on market trends, ensuring Del Real Foods remains innovative and attuned to consumer preferences.

Salary : $320,000 - $350,000
