Job Description
We are looking for a resident manager or resident management team for an approximate 15 -unit apartment building located in the area immediately next to the North Hollywood Arts District. Additionally, Preference will be given to applicants who can independently complete light maintenance for day-to-day issues without contacting outside support.
Responsibilities Include
- Rent collection and preparing rent receipts/journals.
- Performing minor maintenance and repairs.
- Enforce landlord rules, building rules, lease provisions and parking agreements.
- Provide good customer service to tenants and resolve concerns quickly
- Host open houses for vacant units, assist with move-in/move-out administration
- Ensure that owners remain informed about the property and all repairs required for units and building premises. Prepare and deliver any required documentation.
- Maintain curb appeal of the property and keep the courtyard clean.
- Ability to reside at the assigned property

- Must reside at property and be available to work approximately 10 hours per week
