Job Summary

This job is distinguished from similar jobs by the following characteristics: The Reading Support Specialist provides instructional reading assistance to general education classrooms. This position is an advancement from Paraprofessional and possible advancement potential exists with further education. This job reports to Assigned Administrator/Manager

Requirements / Qualifications

Experience: Job related experience is required in working with students in a classroom or similar environment for one year Equivalency: Applicant is required to have any combination of education and experience equivalent to an Associate's Degree with some relevant coursework and one year of experience working with students. Certificates and Licenses: Valid Driver’s License & Evidence of Insurability **Blank or incomplete applications will NOT be accepted*
