Purpose of Position:
We are looking for a highly organized Human Resources Analyst to support Human Resources operations through reporting, project coordination, documentation management, and administrative support. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and business documentation based on collected data.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and follow-up items are tracked effectively.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documentation.
- Assist with presentations, meeting materials, and communications.
- Support HR and business operations programs, processes, and special projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, organize, and manage information as needed.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all work performed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, analyst, or support role in the Human Resources field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Professional, proactive, and collaborative approach.
- Commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
