Sales Representative - Produce Distribution

We are a fast-growing, family-owned produce distribution company serving restaurants, markets, and retailers across the region. We're passionate about quality, reliability, and building strong customer relationships. We're looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales Representative to help expand our client base and manage collections.

What You'll Do

• Bring in new business by introducing our services to restaurants, grocery stores, and other potential buyers
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to build long-term trust and loyalty
• Follow up on leads, visit potential clients, and close new accounts
• Coordinate with our customer service team, who will handle ongoing orders and logistics
• Perform Collections and follow up on outstanding balances in a professional and respectful manner
• Track sales activity and maintain customer records

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Fresh produce knowledge is a plus, but not necessary---we'll train you
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude
• Reliable transportation (auto allowance provided)

Compensation & Benefits

• $450 per week base salary
• Weekly auto allowance ($150)
• High-paying commission structure with no cap
• Ongoing support from our internal customer service and fulfillment team
